为了提高烘干机生产效率、保证设备稳定运行,详述带式烘干机使用中存在的问题、烘干机链板链轮装置的组成及工作原理,提出新型链轮装置设计方案并进行结构优化.通过对比原有链轮装置与新型链轮装置优缺点,指出:新型链轮装置加装耐高温满珠轴承,将链轮原有滑动结构改为滚动结构,在链轮两侧安装防尘密封装置,并实施链轮内部提前润滑,能解决链轮与高分子耐磨套间因附着短纤、飞絮而造成链轮无法转动的问题,且结构简单、成本低廉、拆装方便、稳定高效.
The Structure Optimization of Chain Plate Sprocket Device of Dryer
In order to improve the production efficiency of dryer and ensure the stable operation of equipment,the problems existing in the use of belt dryer,the composition and working prin-ciple of chain plate sprocket device of dryer are described in detail,and the design scheme of new sprocket device is put forward and the structure is optimized.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the original sprocket device and the new sprocket device,it is pointed out that the new sprocket device is equipped with a high-temperature resistant ball bearing,the o-riginal sliding structure of the sprocket is changed into a rolling structure,dust-proof sealing devices are installed on two sides of the sprocket,and the sprocket inside is lubricated in ad-vance.The new sprocket device can solve the problem that the sprocket can not rotate due to the attachment of short fibers and flying flocs between the sprocket and the polymer wear-re-sistant sleeve.The new sprocket device is simple in structure,low in cost,convenient to assem-ble and disassemble,stable and efficient.
