为提升莱赛尔LF纤维纱线质量,介绍TC 10型梳棉机梳理配置与特点,以集聚赛络纺莱赛尔LF 9.8 tex纱为例,对该机锡林转速、回转盖板线速度、出条速度、锡林—盖板隔距等工艺参数进行优化组合试验,得出适纺莱赛尔LF 9.8 tex纱最佳方案,并对比工艺优化前后成纱质量.指出:梳棉机工艺参数及梳理器材的选择对成纱质量影响较大,TC 10型梳棉机可实现不停机多组试验一次性完成的功能;当锡林转速为300 r/min,出条速度为100 m/min,回转盖板线速度为90 mm/min,锡林—盖板隔距为0.25 mm,0.23 mm,0.23 mm,0.23 mm,0.23 mm,0.25 mm时,纺制的莱赛尔LF 9.8 tex纱线质量最优.
Process Optimization of Carding Lyocell LF Fiber on TC 10 Carding Machine
In order to improve the quality of lyocell LF fiber yarn,the carding configuration and characteristics of TC 10 carding machine are introduced.Taking compact-siro spinning lyocell LF 9.8 tex yarn as an example,the optimized combination tests of the process parameters of TC 10 carding machine,such as cylinder speed,rotary flat linear speed,sliver delivery speed,cylinder—flat gauge and so on,are carried out,and the best scheme for spinning lyocell LF 9.8 tex yarn is obtained,and the yarn qualities before and after process optimization are compared.It is pointed out that the selection of the process parameters and carding accessories of the car-ding machine have a great influence on the yarn quality,and TC 10 carding machine can realize the function of completing multiple tests at one time without stopping.When the cylinder speed of carding machine is 300 r/min,the sliver delivery speed is 100 m/min,the rotary flat linear speed is 90 mm/min,and the cylinder—flat gauge is 0.25 mm,0.23 mm,0.23 mm,0.23 mm,0.23 mm and 0.25 mm,the quality of the lyocell LF 9.8 tex yarn is the best.
