摘要
为实现梳棉机的高速高产高质,对比分析立达C51型与C70型梳棉机的设备参数、纺纱工艺参数及梳棉条半制品质量指标、成纱指标、面料质量等.指出:与C51型梳棉机相比,C70型梳棉机的自动化、数字化、智能化水平更高,其梳理器材配置的变化导致开松、梳理、伸直、除杂、除尘、转移、重复梳理纤维率等都有明显变化;C70型梳棉机梳理效果改善、产量提高,制得的梳棉条半制品质量稳定、纱线质量较好、面料A级布率达99.6%,比C51型梳棉机更具应用优势.
Abstract
In order to realize high speed,high yield and high quality of carding machine,the e-quipment parameters,spinning process parameters,semi-finished carding cotton sliver quality index,yarn index and fabric quality of Rieter C51 and C70 carding machines are compared and analyzed.It is pointed out that compared with C51 carding machine,the level of automation,digitalization and intelligence of C70 carding machine is higher,and the change of carding acces-sories configuration leads to obvious changes in opening,carding,straightening,impurity re-moval,dust removal,transfer,repeated carding fiber rate and so on.The carding effect of C70 carding machine is improved,and the production is increased.The quality of semi-finished car-ding cotton sliver is stable,the yarn quality is better,and the fabric A-grade cloth rate reaches 99.6%.C70 carding machine has more application advantages than C51 carding machine.
