Development and Application of Cot Grinding Machine
In order to improve the quality and efficiency of cot grinding,the development process of cot grinding machine from manual to automatic is introduced.Taking spinning C 7.3 tex yarn as an example,the yarn quality indexes of traditional manual cot grinding machine and au-tomatic cot grinding machine are compared and analyzed.The improvement suggestions and the care and maintenance measures of automatic cot grinding machine are put forward,and the de-velopment direction of automatic cot grinding machine is prospected.It is pointed out that the automatic cot grinding machine has the advantages of high grinding efficiency,convenient set-ting of process parameters,good grinding effect and reducing the labor intensity of workers,but there are also some problems,such as the grinding wheel is easy to be damaged and not suitable for the Elite cot assembly grinding.The equipment performance can be optimized and its appli-cability can be improved by installing an automatic emergency stop device of grinding wheel,paying attention to the care and maintenance of cot grinding machine,strengthening technical innovation and so on.
