摘要

为了发挥舒弹丝纤维优势、纺好舒弹丝纤维纱线,介绍C/舒弹丝 60/40 29.16 tex+70 D赛络纺包芯纱配棉情况、混并方式及纺纱工艺流程,分析开清棉、梳棉、并条、粗纱、细纱、络筒工序生产工艺参数设置及控制要求.指出:舒弹丝纤维伸直度差、回弹性好、卷曲度较高、单独适纺性差,须混合可纺性好的纤维才能顺利成卷、成条;纱线混纺比准确稳定,牵伸工艺防止舒弹丝回缩控制不当造成小粗节及成纱粗节、棉结的增加,才能确保纱线质量,使织物具有良好的回弹性和服用性.

Abstract

In order to give full play to the advantages of Shutansi fiber and spin Shutansi fiber yarns well,the cotton assorting,blending and drawing mode and spinning process of C/Shutansi 60/40 29.16 tex+70 D Siro spinning core-spun yarn are introduced,the process parameters set-ting and control requirements of opening,carding,drawing,roving,spinning and winding are an-alyzed.It is pointed out that the Shutansi fibers have poor straightness,good resilience,high rolling index and poor spinnability alone,and must be mixed with good spinnability fiber to roll and strip smoothly.The yarn blending ratio is accurate and stable,and the drafting process can prevent the increase of small nubs,yarn nubs and neps caused by improper control of Shutansi retraction,so as to ensure the yarn quality and make the fabric have good resilience and weara-bility.
