In order to optimize the connecting structure and improve the production efficiency,on the basis of introducing the importance of connection,the common connecting methods and characteristics,the matters needing attention in connecting design and the advantages of non-threaded connection are described in detail.According to the function and characteristics of bell guide and three displacement adjustment methods,the connecting relationship of spinning frame bell guide is analyzed,and the methods to improve the connection of bell guide are put forward,such as reducing bolt strength,changing tapping process into welding process,using embedded magnetic materials,replacing bolts with nylon rivets,applying snap-in and binding methods and so on.It is pointed out that the connection,connecting structure and connecting design of products affect their functional design,structural design and so on.Connecting meth-ods are many and the effects are quite different.The connecting objects should be fully studied,the connecting structure should be designed with green ideas,and the threaded connection should be reduced as much as possible to realize the convenient assembly of products and the improvement of comprehensive benefits.
