为了提升喷气涡流纺涤粘色纺纱的耐磨性能,以特黑T/R 70/30 19.7 tex纱为例,根据不同原料成纱耐磨指数确定纱线原料配置,详细分析各工序的工艺原则和参数优化,总结温湿度控制要点;通过优化工艺方案的成纱质量数据对比,指出:采用线密度小的原料、柔性开松和柔性梳理理念、较小的喂入比、小直径纺锭、相对较大的喷嘴压力和油压差以及偏小的主牵伸倍数等,能够有效提升特黑T/R 70/30 19.7 tex涡流纺色纺纱的耐磨性能,其纺纱车速为480 m/min,耐磨指数高达19.2,成纱质量良好,可满足高端针织用纱的质量要求.
The Practice of Improving the Wear Resistance of Air-jet Vortex Spinning Polyester Viscose Colored Yarn
In order to improve the wear resistance of air-jet vortex spinning polyester viscose col-ored yarn,taking extra-black T/R 70/30 19.7 tex yarn as an example,the yarn raw material configuration is determined according to the wear resistance index of different raw materials,the process principles and parameters optimization of each process are analyzed in detail,and the key points of temperature and humidity control are summarized.By comparing the yarn quality data of the optimized process scheme,it is pointed out that the wear resistance of extra-black T/R 70/30 19.7 tex vortex spinning colored yarn can be effectively improved by adopting raw materials with low linear density,the concept of flexible opening and carding,small feeding ratio,small diameter spindle,relatively large nozzle pressure and oil pressure difference,smaller main drafting multiple and so on.The spinning speed of extra-black T/R 70/30 19.7 tex vortex spinning colored yarn is 480 m/min,and the wear resistance index is as high as 19.2.The yarn quality is good,which can meet the quality requirements of high-end knitting yarn.
