并条机组网技术实例分析

为了实现棉纺设备信息化,介绍RS-485总线通信接口的特点,以72台JWF1310型并条机组网为例,详述采用手牵手连接方式的RS-485总线网络拓扑结构,以PC机作主控设备、PLC为从控设备,将并条机按照18台1组,采用4个中继器结合自主开发的e系统,实现采集数据到服务器的方案设计,总结其具体实施要点.指出:通过RS-485总线+中继器模式,结合e系统软硬件设计,能实现72台并条机数据的采集和分析处理;对于数据传输失真的问题,可通过调整波特率、终端电阻及接地方式解决;经实践验证,该并条机组网方案数据传输准确、工作稳定可靠.
Example Analysis of Drawing Frame Networking Technology
In order to realize the informatization of cotton spinning equipment,the characteristics of RS-485 bus communication interface are introduced.Taking the networking of 72 sets of JWF1310 drawing frames as an example,the topological structure of the RS-485 bus network with hand-in-hand connection is described in detail.Using PC as the master device and PLC as the slave device,grouping 18 sets of drawing frames into one group and using four repeaters combined with self-developed e system,the scheme design of data acquisition to the server is re-alized,and its specific implementation points are summarized.It is pointed out that through RS-485 bus+repeater mode,combined with the software and hardware design of e system,the data acquisition and analytical processing of 72 sets of drawing frames can be realized.The problem of data transmission distortion can be solved by adjusting baud rate,terminal resistance and grounding mode.Practice has proved the data transmission of the drawing frame networking scheme is accurate and the work is stable and reliable.
