Analysis of Electrical Control of JWF0083 Cotton Lap Transportation System
In order to solve the problems of low material transportation efficiency and large labor consumption between traditional draw frame and lap machine combined and comber,the re-quirements of JWF0083 cotton lap transportation system,and the configuration scheme of the whole machine control system using human machine interface,programmable controller,fre-quency conversion control system,sensor,encoder,magnetic induction switch,pneumatic cylin-der,and so on are introduced.The main functions of the modules are analyzed,such as cotton lap and bobbin transport,drawing-combing communication and dual positioning,etc.It is point-ed out that JWF0083 cotton lap transportation system is the key system to realize the drawing-combing,which can realize the automatic transportation of the logistics between the comber and draw frame and lap machine combined,and has the advantages of compact structure,convenient operation,stable operation,high intelligence and good economy.
