摘要
为了提高机采棉梳理质量,介绍梳棉和精梳用梳理器材的发展,优选梳棉用主要梳理器材及精梳用锡林、顶梳配置方案,通过合理调整工艺参数和试验对比,说明优化梳理器材后,可有效提高梳棉生条和精梳条等半成品质量,改善成纱质量.指出:纺纱生产中,要根据原料特性及时对梳理器材进行优选并合理调整工艺参数,同时实施技术革新措施,才能有效提升产品质量.
Abstract
In order to improve the carding quality of machine-picked cotton,the development of carding accessories for carding and combing is introduced,and the main carding accessories for carding and the configuration scheme of cylinder and top comb for combing are optimized.Through reasonable adjustment of process parameters and experimental comparison,it is shown that after optimizing carding accessories,the quality of semi-finished products such as carding sliver and combing sliver can be effectively improved,and the yarn quality can be im-proved.It is pointed out that in spinning production,the carding accessories should be optimized in time according to the characteristics of raw materials,the process parameters should be ad-justed reasonably,and the technical innovation measures should be implemented at the same time,so as to effectively improve the product quality.
