摘要
为了提高纺纱质量和生产效率,介绍胶辊硬度、直径的选用原则与效果,以及胶辊套制、磨砺、保养维护等使用管理要点,对比LXC-966A型胶辊与同硬度某胶辊纺集聚纺CJ 11.7 tex针织纱和赛络集聚纺CJ 36.4 tex针织纱成纱质量.指出:胶辊选型应根据成纱质量要求、纺纱工艺及设备性能进行;做好胶辊的选型及使用管理,有助于成纱质量的稳定和纺纱成本控制;LXC-966A型胶辊性能优良,使用寿命长,适纺精梳纯棉赛络集聚纺及集聚纺针织纱.
Abstract
In order to improve spinning quality and production efficiency,the selection principle and effect of hardness and diameter of cots,and the key points of the use and management of cots are introduced,such as telescoping,grinding and maintenance,etc.,the yarn quality of compact spinning CJ 11.7 tex knitting yarn with LXC-966A cot and that of siro compact spin-ning CJ 36.4 tex knitting yarn with the same hardness cot is compared.It is pointed out that the selection of cots should be based on the quality requirements of yarn,spinning process and equipment performance.And do a good job of the selection and use management of cots are helpful to the yarn quality stability and spinning cost control.The LXC-966A cot has excellent performance and long service life,and it is suitable for spinning combed pure cotton siro com-pact spinning and compact spinning knitting yarn.
