The Reason and Preventive Measures of Spinning Mechanical Wave
In order to eliminate the influence of mechanical waves on spinning quality,the causes and harms of drawing process mechanical waves,roving and spinning process mechanical waves are analyzed,three methods of calculating mechanical wavelength based on drafting multiple,transmission ratio and speed measurement are introduced,and according to the characteristics of the yarn in the spectrum diagram and the analysis methods of two kinds of mechanical wave combining the spectrum diagram and the irregularity curve,the measures to prevent mechanical wave are summarized.It is pointed out that the mechanical wave is caused by the defects,wear and faults of the running parts related to drafting in the spinning machinery,which results in the periodical unevenness of the yarn,the harmful mechanical wave has a bad effect on yarn quality and fabric quality.In the daily production,we should analyze the reason of mechanical wave and find out the insufficient technology or mechanical defects by means of spectrum dia-gram and irregularity curve.We should strengthen the fine management of equipment and parts,reduce the mechanical wave of 8 cm～10 cm caused by roller and cots,keep the roller pre-cision and clean,improve the quality of cots,reduce the"false wave"and other measures to pre-vent the generation of mechanical waves.
