In order to reduce the broken ends rate of warping and sizing and improve weaving production efficiency,taking compact spinning CJ 9.72 tex yarn as an example,the influence of small strength in fine ends of the original yarn,soft twist yarn,hairiness yarn and contact pres-sure winding tension setting of cheese yarn and negative pressure setting of large suction nozzle on cheese yarn quality and its control measures are analyzed.Through experiments and compar-isons,the number of traveler,spindle speed and winding speed are optimized,and the quality re-quirements of tapered paper tube,equipment management and operation management points are put forward.It is pointed out that there are many factors that affect the broken ends of warping and sizing in the weaving factory.Reasonable setting of process parameters of electronic yarn clearer and cheese yarn tension,strict control of workshop temperature and humidity,reduction of soft twist yarn and yarn hairiness,optimization of accessories and parts,strict control of ta-pered paper tube quality,strengthening equipment operation state management,and do a good job in cleaning and abnormal cheese yarn treatment can improve yarn quality and reduce the generation of cheese yarn with poor quality.
