摘要

为了提高纺织企业市场竞争力,通过将JWF1211型梳棉机的自动落筒程序改为手动落筒,避免道夫自动停车造成的断头和生条浪费;通过将机台清洁方法由单一毛刷清洁改为气枪、棕刷、捻杆配合滤尘设备清洁,缩短清洁时间,降低用工成本、改善清洁效果;通过在涡流纺工序使用电动代步车,将梳棉工序全项巡回路线由"凹"字型优化为"凹"字型与"O"字型配合,提高挡车工看台量和巡回工作效率.指出:纺织企业节省用工、降本增效是实现可持续发展的必然选择;通过技术改造、优化生产流程、提高员工素质以及精细化管理等,可有效降低纺织企业用工成本,提高生产效率和产品质量.

Abstract

In order to improve the market competitiveness of textile enterprises,the automatic doffing program of JWF1211 carding machine is changed to manual doffing,which can avoid the broken ends and sliver waste caused by automatic stopping of the doffer.By changing the clean-ing method of the machine from single brush to air gun,brown brush and twist rod cooperated with dust filtration equipment cleaning,the cleaning time is shortened,the labor cost is reduced and the cleaning effect is improved.By using electric scooter in vortex spinning process,the whole circuit route of carding process is optimized from"concave"shape to"concave"shape co-operated with"O"shape,which improves the number of stands and the efficiency of circuit.It is pointed out that it is an inevitable choice for textile enterprises to save labor,reduce cost and increase efficiency to achieve sustainable development.Through technical transformation,opti-mizing production process,improving staff quality and refined management,the labor cost of textile enterprises can be effectively reduced,and the production efficiency and product quality can be improved.
