Application of Intelligent Technology in Textile Equipment Transformation and Textile Production
In order to improve the intelligent and green level of textile equipment and textile pro-duction,the development status of the textile industry,the significance of intelligent,green tex-tile equipment and textile production are described in detail,and the application and effect of in-telligent technology in textile equipment such as ring spinning machine and winding machine are introduced.The problems existing in the intelligent transformation of textile equipment are analyzed,such as the need to improve the technological level of modern intelligent technology,the lack of core chip technology and the high cost,and the need to strengthen the concept of modern intelligent technology of employees,etc.,the direction of textile equipment transforma-tion and the way of talent cultivation are given.It is pointed out that the intelligent,digital and green transformation of textile equipment is the development trend.Textile enterprises should be based on the actual production,cooperate with colleges and universities,government depart-ments,etc.,to accelerate the upgrading of equipment,intelligent talent cultivation and continu-ous improvement and innovation of products to achieve high-precision,standardized and high efficient production,to enhance the intelligent level of textile equipment and product competi-tiveness of enterprises.
