In order to correctly understand and apply fiber raw material and improve spinning quality,taking differential recycled polyester staple fiber spinning as an example,the formula-tion method of fiber inspection report,the definition and requirements of fiber breaking strength and elongation at break,defect content,specific resistance,crimpability and other key indexes and production experience are described in detail,and the control points of fiber raw material quality are analyzed.It is pointed out that the key of making fiber inspection report is to accurately understand the raw material and determine the storage standard.Only on the basis of correct understanding and application of fiber raw material,the formulation of production process,continuous monitoring of raw material quality,and continuous optimization of produc-tion processes can improve product quality.
