生化腐植酸的制备与应用研究进展

腐植酸是一种具有良好生理活性的天然有机聚合物,是应对土壤退化及重金属污染问题的良方.相较于矿源腐植酸,生化腐植酸具有原料来源广泛且可再生、产品活性高且分子量小的优点,同时生化腐植酸的制备也存在着受原料种类影响大、产率低、易吸潮等问题,对工业化生产形成阻碍.本文系统阐述了生物、化学两大类生化腐植酸的制备方法及影响因素,通过对比其优点和局限性,思考进一步提高生化腐植酸生产效率的制备工艺.针对生化腐植酸受原料种类限制而产率低的问题,介绍了矿源/生化二元复合体系下腐植酸制备的研究进展.基于生化腐植酸良好的生理、反应活性,总结了生化腐植酸在农业和环保领域的最新应用,并提出将水热法与活化法结合会更有利于工业化生产高效稳定的腐植酸产品的建议.
Research Progress on Preparation and Application of Biochemical Humic Acid
Humic acid is a natural organic polymer with good physiological and reactive activity,and is a good way to deal with soil degradation and heavy metal pollution.Compared with mineral humic acid,biochemical humic acid has the advantages of a wide source of raw material,renewability and low molecular weight.But at the same time,the preparation of biochemical humic acid is also affected by the kinds of raw materials,low yield,easy moisture absorption and other problems,which obstacle its industrial production.In this paper,the preparation methods and influencing factors of biochemical humic acid by biological and chemical methods were reviewed.By comparing their advantages and limitations,the preparation technology to improve the production efficiency of biochemical humic acid was considered.In order to solve the problem of low yield of biochemical humic acid due to the restriction of raw materials,research on the mineral source/biochemical binary compound system of humic acid was introduced.Based on the good physiological and reactive activity of biochemical humic acid,the latest application of biochemical humic acid in agriculture and environmental protection had been summarized.It was suggested that the combination of the hydrothermal and activation methods would be more beneficial to the industrialized production of highly efficient and stable humic acid products.
