Study on the Characterization of the Transcriptome of Anoectochilus formosanus Taiwan
Anoectochilus formosanus is a precious traditional Chinese medicine, known as the laudatory name of "Golden grass","God medicine",have high medicinal, ornamental and economic value.Stems and leaves from A noectochilus formosanus are commonly used medicinal parts, and the volatile oil also contains a variety of medicinal ingredients. We sequenced the global transcriptome of stems and leaves from A noectochilus formosanus with RNA-seq method by using Illumina HiSeqTM 2000 platform, raw data of 5.3 Gb were obtained, valid data of 4.4 Gb were acquired,173 513 unigene were acquired, the mean length were 680 bp.Among of them,58 451 annotation was from Nr,21 386 from COG,45 812 from GO by compared with functional annotation against these databases.Through the study of KEGG secondary metabolism,we discovered 130 Unigene involved in flavone biosynthesis,additionally,114 Unigene and 441 Unigene were predicted to take part in alkaloid and terpenoid biosynthesis.21 195 SSR locus were found, trinucleotide repeat was the highest reaching 13 126,which was 61.93%,following by trinucleotide and dinucleotide, they were 17.40% and 15.61%.
