切花百合种质资源表型性状遗传多样性分析

摘要
为了研究百合种质资源的遗传多样性,我们对国外引进的32份切花百合种质资源的19个表型性状进行了遗传多样性分析.结果表明:切花百合品种间具有丰富的表型多样性,在品种间均表现出极显著差异.各个性状的表型分化系数VsT平均值为78.97%,表明了各性状的品种间表型分化程度要大于品种内的分化程度,说明品种间变异是表型性状变异的主要来源.各表型性状的平均变异系数(CV)为5.48%,性状离散程度低;不同品种之间性状多样性指数均有不同程度的变异,平均多样性指数为1.415(H'>1.000),百合品种间具有丰富的多态性.Pearson相关性分析发现,百合的花瓣表现型与营养生长不存在显著相关性;花瓣颜色相关性状具有呈现极显著正相关.表型聚类结果表明,表型性状聚类分析结果与相关性分析一致,32个种质资源被划分为3个居群,基本按花瓣颜色分布而聚类.
Abstract
To assess the genetic diversity of lilies germplasm,we selected 32 lily cultivars from abroad to investigate 19 morphological traits.The results showed there were highly significant differences in phenotypic traits among cultivars.The mean phenotypic differentiation coefficients (VST) was 78.97%,that the Phenotypic differentiation among cultivars was bigger than that within cultivars,which indicated that the phenotypic variation mainly occurred among cultivars.The average variation coefficient(CV) of phenotype traits was 5.48%,which indicated that there was a low variation of phenotypic traits;Between different lilies germplasms diversity index were different degrees of variation,the mean diversity index (Shannon's index,H') was 1.415.Pearson correlation analysis showed that there were no correlations between vegetative growth and Petal phenotype;There were the markedly significant correlations between floral color traits.The morphological traits cluster analysis showed the same conclusion with the correlation analysis.The cultivars cluster analysis on the phenotypic traits showed 32 cultivars were divided into three groups,which the groups did strictly classify according to the floral color.
