激素调控植物花青素合成分子机制的研究进展

Research Progresses on Molecular Mechanism of Hormone Regulation of Plant Anthocyanin Biosynthesis

花青素(Anthocyanin)是决定植物花、果实和种子等颜色的重要色素之一.花青素的生物合成往往具有组织器官特异性,并且与植物发育过程密切相关.花青素属类黄酮化合物,内源激素和外源激素都对花青素生物合成有重要影响,激素通常通过调控花青素生物合成途径中的关键调节基因MYB、bHLH和WD40组成的MBW三元复合体,进而调控编码花青素生物合成酶类的结构基因的表达,调控花青素的生物合成.同时,其生物合成受到内在因子和环境因子共同的调控,激素与糖、光等信号协同调控花青素的生物合成.因此,本文综述了国内外相关研究,激素调控花青素生物合成可能不是一个简单的过程,而是与其他环境因子互作的复杂网络.
Anthocyanin is one of the most important plant pigments which decided the color of flowers,fruits and seeds.The biosynthesis of anthocyanin has tissue and organ specificity,and closely related to plant growth and development.Anthocyanin belong to flavonoid compounds.Both endogenous and exogenous hormones have an important effect on anthocyanin synthesis.The regulation of hormones on anthocyanin biosynthesis is apparently modulated by the MBW (MYB,bHLH and WD40) complexes that regulate the expression of the structural genes associated with anthocyanin biosynthesis.Meanwhile its synthesis and accumulation is controlled by internal factors and environmental factors.Hormone signaling associated with anthocyanin accumulation is linked to sugar and light signaling pathways.This paper reviews the research progresses on molecular mechanism of hormone regulation of plant anthocyanin biosynthesis at home and abroad.The regulation of hormone on anthocyanin biosynthesis may not be a simple process,but dependent on the presence of other factors to form a complex network.
