番茄WRKY基因家族的生物信息学分析

通过生物信息学的方法对番茄WRKY转录因子家族成员、理化性质、基因分类、染色体定位、系统进化关系和结构域序列保守性进行了预测.从番茄WRKY转录因子家族分类及进化结果显示,番茄SIWRKY家族包含81个成员,按其WRKY结构域及锌指结构分为3族,第二族按其氨基酸顺序又可以分为5个亚族.染色体定位结果显示,除番茄的11号染色体没有WRKY转录因子,其他染色体上均有分布.基因结构分析表明,仅S1WRKY 19、SlWRKY20家族成员不含内含子,其他成员都含有2~5个内含子.保守域分析表明,番茄WRKY结构域是高度保守的,仅有10个WRKYGQK发生了变异,占WRKY家族的10%.
Bioinformatics Analysis of WRKY Gene Family in Tomato
We predicted the family members,physicochemical properties,gene classification,chromosome location,phylogenetic relationship and domain sequence conservation of WRKY transcription factor in tomato by bioinformatics methods.The results of WRKY transcription factor family classification and evolution in tomato showed that tomato SlWRKY family contained 81 members.They could be divided into 3 groups according to the WRKY domain and zinc finger structure.The second group could be divided into five subgroups according to the sequence of amino acids.The results of chromosomal localization showed that WRKY transcription factor distributed in all tomato chromosomes except chromosome 11.Gene structure Analysis showed that only SlWRKY19 and S1WRKY20 had no intron,other members all contained 2~5 introns.Conservative domain analysis showed that the tomato WRKY domain was highly conserved,with only 10 WRKYGQK mutations,which accounted for 10% of the WRKY family.
