Establishment of Fingerprint and Analysis of Genetic Diversity Among Two-line Rice Sterility Lines in Regional Trials in Hubei Province
To evaluate genetic diversity and establish fingerprint of two-line rice sterility lines in regional trials in Hubei province in 2015,15 tested varieties and 6 typical check varieties were analyzed using 48 SSR markers.12 markers were selected with stable amplification, rich polymorphism and evenly distribution.47 alleles were deteted with an average of 3.9 per marker. The average value of locus polymorphism information content (PIC) was 0.64 and the fingerprinting of 21 varieties were established using 12 SSR markers with higher PIC; Cluster analysis showed that 15 tested varieties and 6 check varieties were classified into 6 cluster groups with the similar coefficient of 0.66.6 varieties and Guangzhan 63-4S were classified into the 3rd group accounting for 40% of the tested varieties.Addition more,3 varieties in the 4th group belonged to the same subgroup with the 3rd group.6 remainders were classified into the same group with Y58S,Nongken 58S and Zhenshan 97A respectively. The result of the cluster analysis indicated that tested varieties behaved single background and near relationships. This research would be helpful in selecting parents in two-line sterility lines, expanding the genetic basis of cultivated rice and improving rice yield.
