摘要
为了探究月季TCP9基因对花器官发育调控的影响,应用CRISPR/Cas9技术构建植物双元表达载体,经检测结果显示,含月季TCP9基因的植物表达载体构建成功.以拟南芥为受体,采用农杆菌介导的花序侵染法对拟南芥进行转化,并获得转化植株,转化植株表型变异明显,花瓣增多,雄蕊数目减少,雌蕊柱头弯曲.表明月季TCP9基因对花器官发育形成有一定的调控能力.
Abstract
In order to explore the effects of rose TCP9 gene on development regulation of floral organ,binary expression vector was built in the plant by the application of CRISPR/Cas9 technology.Test results showed that plants containing TCP9 gene expression vector was constructed successfully.A rabidopsis thaliana,as receptor,was transformed by using inflorescence infection method with Agrobacterium so as to obtain transformed plants.Phenotypic variation of transformed plants was significantly.The number of petals and stamens increased and reduced,respectively,and pistil stigma bent.Results indicated that rose TCP9 gene has a certain regulatory capacity on development of floral organ.
