航天诱变凤仙花突变株系研究现状与展望

自二十世纪八十年代以来,中国开始了花卉空间育种的研究探索,获得了许多有价值的突变体材料和花卉新品种.凤仙花作为传统庭院观赏花卉,于2002年搭载“神州4号”宇宙飞船,经过空间特殊环境返回地面后,获得了突变体植株.研究人员对诱变凤仙花做了形态及细胞学、光合生理以及药用成分等方面研究后发现,与普通凤仙花相比,空间环境引起了SP1代的某些生理损伤和可遗传的变异、小孢子母细胞的异常分裂导致诱变后代的不育,通过多代的栽培观察,选育出了两个较具有观赏价值的诱变株系,本综述通过对航天诱变凤仙花研究内容的梳理,为后续深入研究提供参考.
The Status and Prospect of the Research on the Mutant Strain of Impatiens balsamina Induced by Spaceflight
Researches and exploration on space seed breeding of flowers started in our country since 1980s and a number of valuable mutant materials and new flower varieties were obtained.Impatiens balsamina,a traditional ornamental flower in courtyards,was carried into space by Shenzhou 4 spaceship,a mutant strain was obtained after returning to the earth from the special environment.Researchers studied the morphology,cytology,photosynthetic physiology and medicinal components of the mutant strain and found that compared with the regular strain,the space environment induced some physiological damages and autogenous variation of the SP1 generation,and abnormal division of microsporocytes resulted in the sterility of the progenies.Two mutated strains with higher ornamental value were bred through multi-generation cultivation and observation.The researches on the mutant strain of Impatiens balsamina induced by spaceflight were reviewed in this paper to provide references for further researches.
