盐胁迫对小麦种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响

以克旱16和新麦9为实验材料,研究由不同浓度NaC1和Na2SO4混合盐溶液对小麦种子萌发以及幼苗生长的影响.将NaC1和Na2SO4按照3∶0、2∶1、1∶1的比例进行5个浓度梯度的混合,配成15种混合盐溶液,以纯水作为对照,分别对克旱16和新麦9的种子进行盐胁迫,观察并分析计算种子发芽率、发芽指数、发芽势和种子活力指数、幼苗长度、幼苗期主根长度、幼苗期单株根数以及幼苗干鲜重等数据,所得实验数据表明,高盐浓度对小麦的种子萌发和幼苗生长起抑制作用.同时,不同的盐组分对小麦种子萌发和幼苗生长起抑制作用不同,NaC1的抑制作用强于Na2SO4.
Effect of Salt Stress on Seed Germination and Seedling Growth of Wheat
We used Kehan 16 and Xinmai 9 as the experimental materials to study the effect of mixed salt solutions of NaC1 and Na2SO4 with different concentrations on seed germination and seedling growth of wheat.The 15 kinds of mixed salt solutions were prepared by using NaC1 and Na2SO4 according to 3∶0,2∶1 and 1∶1 ratio with five concentration gradient.Pure water was used as the control.Salt stress was conducted on seeds of Kehan 16 and Xinmai 9.We observed and analyzed the seed germination rate,germination energy,germination index,seed vigor index,seedling length,root length at seedling stage,root number per plant at seedling stage,seedling dry weight and fresh weight.The experimental data showed that high salt concentration inhibited the seed germination and seedling growth of wheat.Meanwhile,different salt components had different inhibitory effects on seed germination and seedling growth of wheat,the inhibitory effect of NaC1 was stronger than that of Na2SO4.
