山丹鳞茎总黄酮体外抗氧化及抑菌性的研究

本试验对山丹鳞茎中总黄酮的抗氧化性和抑菌性进行研究.试验利用三种体外抗氧化体系即超氧阴离子清除能力(O2-)、羟基自由基(OH)清除能力和二苯基苦基苯肼自由基(DPPH)清除能力对山丹鳞茎总黄酮的体外抗氧化活性进行了综合评价,采用打孔法测定其抑菌活性.试验显示山丹鳞茎总黄酮对O2-的清除率为63.27%,对OH的清除率为70.36%,对DPPH的清除率为52.83%,在试验浓度范围内优于BHT的清除能力,并对9种菌均有不同程度的抑制作用,说明山丹鳞茎总黄酮适宜作为一种天然的抗氧化剂和抑菌剂而广泛利用.
Antioxidation and Antibacterial Property of Total Flavonoids from Lilium pumilum Bulb
In this research,we studied the antioxidant and antimicrobial of total flavonoids extracted from Lilium pumilum bulb.Three antioxidant assays in vitro (super oxygen anion scavenging capacity,hydroxyl free radical scavenging capacity and DPPH radical scavenging capacity) were used to evaluate the antioxidant activity of total flavonoids from Lilium pumilum bulb.The antibacterial activity was evaluated by stiletto method.The results showed that the scavenging rate of total flavonoids from Lilium pumilum bulb on superoxide anion was 63.27%,the scavenging rate of hydroxyl free radical was 70.36% and the scavenging rate of DPPH free radical was 52.83%.Those even better than BHT scavenging capacity in the experimental concentration range,and it on nine kinds of bacteria have different degrees of inhibition.It indicated that the flavonoids extracted from Lilium pumilum bulb can be used as a natural antioxidant and antibacterial agent extensively.
