Physiological Characteristics Responses of Picea asperata Mast.Embryogenic Tissue under Epibrassinolide Induction
The study investigated the interaction relationship between different genotypes embryonic tissues of Picea asperata Mast.under epibrassinolide (EBR) induction.Embryonic tissues were induced from immature zygotic embryos of three genotypes ofP.asperata by adding different concentrations EBR (0,0.5 μmol/L,1.0 μmol/L) in the induction medium. In the same proliferation cycle at the 0 and 10 d,the different activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD),peroxidase (POD),catalase (CAT),as well as the contents of malondialdehyde (MDA) and soluble protein were examined. The results showed that compared with the control group,on the 0th d the POD,CAT activity and MDA,soluble protein content of experimental group were higher, but the activity of SOD was lower;on the 10th d the SOD,CAT activity and MDA,soluble protein content of experimental group were higher, but the activitie of POD was lower. The results would establish a basic data for the biochemical and physiological changes study of embryonic tissues, and provide evidence for the improvement of embryonic tissue induction rate ofP.asperata.
