摘要

茄子是茄属的第3大栽培作物,在中国有广泛种植.枯萎病(Fusarium wilt)是由植物土传病原菌尖孢镰刀菌引起的茄子生产过程中的主要病害之一,严重影响茄子的产量和品质.本综述围绕近年来在茄子枯萎病发病症状、病原菌特点、致病机理和抗病定位研究等方面的研究成果,论述了茄子枯萎病研究进展,以期为茄子抗枯萎病分子育种提供参考和借鉴.

Abstract

Eggplant ranks the third most cultivated crop in genus Solanum, which is widely cultivated in China. Fusarium wilt, caused by the soilborne plant pathogen Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. melongenae, is one of the most serious diseases in eggplant growth, resulting in seriously reduction of fruit yield and quality. Here, we summarized and discussed the research results on the symptom, characteristics, pathogenesis of Fusarium wilt in eggplant, and genetic mapping of the resistant locus in recent years. Also, we reviewed the progress of Fusarium wilt, aiming to provide theoretical foundation for molecular breeding of Fusarium wilt resistant cultivar in eggplant.
