Abstract
With the rapid advancements in biotechnology,especially innovations in biobreeding technology,hu-manity is facing unprecedented challenges related to biological boundaries.These technologies have not only sci-entifically breached traditional biological boundaries but also posed stern challenges to the existing legal frame-works.This research delves deeply into the tight interplay between technology and law,emphasizing the foresight and flexibility that laws must possess in the face of technological advancements.In a globalized context,advocat-ing for an open and collaborative legal framework becomes especially important.Such a framework can promote global exchange and dissemination of technology while ensuring its safe and compliant application.This study also puts forth future research directions,underlining the importance of interdisciplinary collaboration,aiming to offer strategic recommendations for the legal challenges in future technological advancements.
