随着生物技术的日益发展,生物育种技术已经取得了显著的进展,并为全球农业生产和食品安全带来了积极的影响.作为技术产出的核心环节,技术转让与知识产权交易对技术的商业化和广泛应用起到了关键作用.本研究对生物育种技术的技术转让与知识产权交易进行了深入探讨.通过对著名杂交水稻技术转让案例的分析,本研究发现有效的技术转让和知识产权交易策略可以为技术提供者带来合理的回报,同时也为技术接受者创造了商业化应用的机会.但同时,不恰当的技术转让或知识产权策略可能会阻碍技术的广泛应用.因此,建立一个公平、透明和有效的技术转让与知识产权交易机制对于促进生物育种技术的发展和应用至关重要.本研究期望能为研究者、企业和政策制定者提供了一个清晰的指引,从而促进生物育种技术的快速发展和广泛应用.
With the continuous development of biotechnology,biological breeding technology has made significant progress,bringing positive impacts to global agricultural production and food safety.As a core link of technological output,technology transfer and intellectual property transactions play a crucial role in the commercialization and widespread application of technology.This study delves deeply into the technology transfer and intellectual property transactions of biological breeding technology.Through the analysis of the well-known hybrid rice technology trans-fer case,this research finds that effective technology transfer and intellectual property transaction strategies can pro-vide reasonable returns for technology providers while also creating opportunities for commercial applications for technology recipients.However,inappropriate technology transfers or intellectual property strategies may hinder the broad application of the technology.Therefore,establishing a fair,transparent,and effective mechanism for technol-ogy transfer and intellectual property transactions is essential for promoting the development and application of bio-logical breeding technology.This research aims to offer a clear guide for researchers,enterprises,and policymakers,thereby promoting the rapid development and broad application of biological breeding technology.
