摘要
随着生物技术的持续进步,转基因生物(GMO)己在全球范围内得到广泛应用.各国对于GMO的接纳态度及其相应的法律政策制定存在明显的差异.本研究对比分析了不同国家的GMO法律政策,旨在找出其背后的经济、社会、文化等驱动因素,并从中提取有益的经验和教训.研究发现,公众的接受度、国内外经济需求、以及对生物安全的关注程度均影响着各国GMO法律政策的形成.通过对比分析,本研究旨在为国家制定更加科学、公正和有效的GMO法律政策提供参考和建议.
Abstract
With the continuous advancement of biotechnology,genetically modified organisms(GMOs)have been widely adopted globally.There exists a significant disparity in the acceptance and corresponding legal policies of GMOs among different countries.This study conducts a comparative analysis of GMO legal policies in various na-tions,aiming to identify the underlying economic,social,and cultural drivers and to extract beneficial experiences and lessons.The research finds that public acceptance,domestic and foreign economic demands,and the level of concern for bio-safety all influence the formation of GMO legal policies in different countries.Through compara-tive analysis,this study seeks to provide references and suggestions for nations to formulate more scienti-fic,fair,and effective GMO legal policies.
