中蔗系列甘蔗新品种组培繁育体系的建立

摘要
为推广中蔗品种,本研究通过腋芽培养获得高抗黑穗病的'中蔗1号'、'中蔗6号'、'中蔗9号'品种组培苗的方法.结果显示,'中蔗1号'丛生芽诱导和组培苗增殖的最佳培养基为MS+6-BA2.0mg/L+KT 0.5mg/L,生根的最佳培养基为1/2MS+NAA 1.0mg/L;'中蔗6号'丛生芽诱导和组培苗增殖的最佳培养基均为MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+KT 0.5 mg/L,生根的最佳培养基1/2MS+NAA 3.0 mg/L;'中蔗9号'丛生芽诱导的最佳培养基为MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L,组培苗增殖的最佳培养基为MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L,生根的最佳培养基为1/2MS+NAA 2.0 mg/L.本研究为促进中蔗系列新品种甘蔗健康种苗的培育以及推广提供一定的参考.
Abstract
In order to popularize Zhongzhe sugarcane cultivars,this research obtained the method of tissue culture seedlings of'Zhongzhe1'(ZZ1),'Zhongzhe6'(ZZ6)and'Zhongzhe9'(ZZ9)with high smut resistance by axillary bud culture.The results showed that for ZZ1,the optimum medium for cluster bud induction and tissue culture seedling proliferation was MS containing 6-BA 2.0 mg/L and KT 0.5 mg/L,the optimum rooting medium was 1/2MS containing NAA 1.0 mg/L.For ZZ6,the optimum medium for cluster bud induction and tissue culture seedling proliferation was MS containing 6-BA 2.0 mg/L and KT 0.5 mg/L,the optimum rooting medium was 1/2MS containing NAA 3.0 mg/L.For ZZ9,the optimum medium for cluster bud induction was MS containing 6-BA 2.0 mg/L,the optimum medium for tissue culture seedling proliferation was MS containing 6-BA 1.0 mg/L,the optimum rooting medium was 1/2MS containing NAA 2.0 mg/L.The research provides some reference for promoting the cultivation and popularization of healthy seedlings of Zhongzhe sugarcane cultivars.
