甘青青兰生态因子与其主要功效成分的相关性分析

本研究旨在分析藏药甘青青兰主要功效成分与采样地生态因子之间的相关性,筛选影响其主要功效成分累积的关键因子.分别采集甘肃、青海、四川及西藏不同产地分布区的甘青青兰样品,采用高效液相色谱法测定其主要功效成分(对羟基苯甲酸,大波斯菊苷,迷迭香酸,白桦酯醇,白桦脂酸,齐墩果酸,熊果酸)含量,采用因子分析法和逐步回归分析法对产地生态因子与主要功效成分含量进行因子分析和相关性研究.结果显示,迷迭香酸与8月降水量呈极显著负相关(P<0.01),大波斯菊苷与11月降水量呈极显著负相关(P<0.01),对羟基苯甲酸、齐墩果酸和熊果酸均与最潮湿季度的降水量呈极显著负相关(P<0.01).综上,甘青青兰主要功效成分累积随产地降水量的增加而显著减少,说明影响其药效品质的关键因子为产地降水量,其中夏季降水量的影响尤为突出.
Correlation Analysis between Ecological Factors and Main Efficacy Com-ponents in Dracocephalum tanguticum
The purpose of this study was to analyze the correlation between the main efficacy components of the Tibetan medicine Dracocephalum tanguticum and the ecological factors in the sampling area,and to screen the key factors affecting the accumulation of main efficacy components.D.tanguticum samples were collected from differ-ent producing areas in Gansu,Qinghai,Sichuan and Tibet,and the content of main efficacy components(p-hydrox-ybenzoic acid,cosmosiin,rosmarinic acid,betulin,betulinic acid,oleanolic acid and ursolic acid)were determined by HPLC(high performance liquid chromatography).The correlation between origin ecological factors and effica-cy component content was studied by factor analysis and stepwise regression analysis.The results showed that the rosmarinic acid was extremely significant negatively associated with precipitation in August(P<0.01);cosmosiin was extremely significant negatively associated with November precipitation(P<0.01);p-hydroxybenzoic acid,oleanolic acid and ursolic acid were all extremely significant negatively correlated with precipitation in the wettest quarter(P<0.01).The accumulation of the main effective components of D.tanguticum significantly decreased with the increase of origin precipitation,indicating that the key factor affecting its efficacy quality is precipitation of origin,among which the influence of summer precipitation is particularly prominent.
