摘要

本研究探讨了苦味叶下珠(Phyllathus amarus)的主要活性成分——叶下珠脂素的抗疲劳机制.研究显示,叶下珠脂素可以显著提高EIF大鼠的力竭游泳时间,并有效降低血清心肌损伤指标的水平,说明其具有显著的抗EIF活性.机制性研究发现,叶下珠脂素通过激活Nrf2来发挥其抗疲劳作用,同时提高抗氧化酶水平并降低ROS产生,进而提供细胞保护.此外,叶下珠脂素还能优化能量代谢,降低疲劳程度.本研究为开发基于叶下珠脂素的抗疲劳保健品提供了科学依据.

Abstract

This study investigates the anti-fatigue mechanism of phyllanthin,the primary active component of Phyllathus amarus(also known as bitter leaf pearl).The research indicates that phyllanthin notably enhances the exhaustive swimming duration of EIF rats and effectively reduces the levels of serum cardiac injury markers,demonstrating its significant anti-EIF activity.Mechanistic studies reveal that Phyllanthin exerts its anti-fatigue effects by activating Nrf2,thereby elevating the levels of antioxidant enzymes and reducing ROS production,subsequently providing cellular protection.Moreover,phyllanthin also optimizes energy metabolism,reducing fatigue levels.This research provides a scientific basis for the development of anti-fatigue health products based on Phyllanthin.
