Correlation between Fusarium Wilt Resistance and Glycosyltransferase Gene Expression in Island Cotton
Fusarium wilt is one of the important factors endangering the production of island cotton. The study on the molecular mechanism of Fusarium wilt resistance is the molecular basis of breeding island cotton varieties resis-tant to disease.Based on the early stage of the transcriptome sequencing data analysis, this study involved in the reg-ulation of sea island cotton resistance to blight glycosyl transferase gene is studied, with eight different resistance to sea island cotton varieties as materials, after the Fusarium processing, using real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR detection of nine cotton blight resistance related gene expression quantity analysis, the results showed that the GB_A 03G0575 mian flowers wither in the process of the disease infect on the island with the passage of time, the ex-press will reduce first, then increased, inferring the bacteria may be under stress when the plant growth would be af-fected.GB_A13G1825 and GB_A11G1787 were more expressed in resistant materials than in susceptible materials. The time of the occurrence of the maximum expression was basically the same between susceptible and resistant ma-terials.It was speculated that these genes had a certain influence on disease resistance, indicating that three genes might play a relatively important role in the process of disease resistance. The results of this study provide candidate gene resources for Fusarium wilt resistance breeding and disease resistance mechanism of island cotton.
