为了解橡胶粒子重要蛋白的研究现状和趋势,本研究利用CiteSpace对橡胶乳管中的三种橡胶粒子蛋白(SRPP,REF,CPT)的研究热点和趋势进行分析.结果表明,通过检索Web of Science核心数据库,共获得274篇有效文献.利用CiteSpace 6.1.R6对作者、研究团队、研究机构合作、关键词共现、文献共被引、关键词聚类和地理等内容进行可视化分析,发现针对这三种橡胶粒子蛋白的研究整体呈现逐步上升的趋势,在2017年达到顶峰,此后开始逐渐下降.此外,以Dallner,G为核心的研究团队开展研究最早,发文量最多,与其他团队的合作最频繁;中国热带农业科学院为主要的研究机构,核心研究机构包括波兰科学院、日本东北大学、中国的海南大学等,各机构间联系较为密切.关键词共现和关键词聚类分析发现,目前该领域的研究集中在三种橡胶粒子蛋白的鉴定、天然橡胶的生物合成和转录调控机制等方面,推测未来这些研究仍是该领域的热点.通过可视化分析,可以为今后的研究提供方向.
Analysis of Research Trends and Hotspots of Three Types of Rubber Particle Proteins Using CiteSpace
To understand the current research status and trends of important proteins in rubber particles,this study used CiteSpace to analyze the research of SRPP,REF,CPT.A total of274 valid literatures were obtained by search-ing the Web of Science core database.CiteSpace 6.1.R6 was utilized for author,research team,research institution collaboration,keyword co-occurrence,literature co-citation,keyword clustering,and geographic visualization anal-ysis.The results indicated an overall upward trend on these three rubber particle proteins,reaching its peak in 2017 and gradually declining thereafter.The research team led by Dallner,G was the earliest to conduct research,had the highest publication output,and collaborated most frequently with other teams.The Chinese Academy of Tropical A-gricultural Sciences was a major research institution,with other core institutions including Polish Academy of Sci ences,Tohoku University,Hainan University,etc.,and these institutions have relatively close connections.Co-oc-currence and clustering analysis of keyword revealed that current research is focused on the identification of three types of rubber particle proteins,biosynthesis of natural rubber,and transcriptional regulation mechanisms.It is speculated that these areas will continue to be the research hotspots in the future.Through visual analysis,it may provide direction for future research.
