Abstract
Compliance and effectiveness assessment of bio-breeding regulations is a critical component in ensuring food safety,environmental sustainability,and biodiversity protection.This paper aims to explore the significance and methodology of assessing compliance and effectiveness of bio-breeding regulations.The study encompasses the def-inition and classification of bio-breeding regulations,an overview of international and domestic regulations,and the impact of regulations on bio-breeding.It analyzes compliance assessment methods,effectiveness assessment methods,and the challenges faced in compliance and effectiveness assessment,including technical issues,data availability,and international cooperation.Through comprehensive research and successful case analyses,this pa-per provides insights for future studies.These studies will contribute to the development and implementation of more comprehensive and sustainable methods for bio-breeding regulations,thereby promoting the safety and sus-tainability of food supply chains.
