Research on the Application and Ecological Benefits of Native Plants in Ur-ban Garden Design
This study aims to explore the application of native plants in urban garden design and their ecological benefits.Native plants,with their characteristics of high adaptation and synergy with the local environment,hold significant ecological,cultural,and economic value in garden design.This research analyzes the advantages of na-tive plants from an ecological perspective,including enhancing biodiversity,maintaining ecological balance,sav-ing water resources,and reducing maintenance costs,and deeply explores their application strategies and practical cases in modern garden design.Additionally,this study discusses the issues and challenges that need attention when using native plants in garden design and the potential trends and directions for future development.The re-sults indicate that the rational utilization of native plants can effectively promote the sustainable development of urban gardens,providing strong support for constructing eco-friendly cities.
