摘要
随着全球经济环境的复杂化和不确定性,以及科技的快速发展,中国种子企业在经济增长中面临前所未有的财务风险.本研究深入探讨了中国种子企业目前的财务风险管理和内控策略现状,强调了建立预警机制、加强内部控制系统和利用现代技术进行风险监控的重要性.同时,本研究对未来的研究方向和种子企业如何更好地应对财务风险提出了建议,以期为行业提供策略性的指导.
Abstract
With the increasing complexity and uncertainty of the global economic environment,coupled with rapid technological advancements,Chinese seed companies face unprecedented financial risks in the midst of eco-nomic growth.This paper delves deeply into the current state of financial risk management and internal control strategies in Chinese seed companies,emphasizing the significance of establishing early warning mechanisms,strengthening internal control systems,and employing modem technologies for risk monitoring.Additionally,this study offers suggestions for future research directions and how seed companies can better address financial risks,aiming to provide strategic guidance for the industry.
