With the rapid progress of globalization and technology,seed industry companies are facing significant challenges and opportunities.Corporate culture,as an intangible asset,plays an indispensable role in the high-quality development of seed industry companies.Using Longping High-tech as a case study,this research delves into the synergistic effects between corporate culture construction and high-quality development in the seed industry.The findings suggest that a positive and healthy corporate culture can effectively guide employee behavior,promote team collaboration,and stimulate innovative enthusiasm among employees,thereby aiding the company in achieving its high-quality development objectives.Furthermore,through benchmarking visits and cross-industry learning,compa-nies can break the limitations of traditional thinking,acquire new knowledge and resources,and further promote high-quality development.This study not only offers theoretical and practical guidance on corporate culture and high-quality development for seed industry companies but also provides valuable insights for other industries.
