Construction of Social Responsibility and Moral Integrity in Seed Industry Companies
Modern seed industry companies hold a central position in agricultural ecology and socio-economic frameworks.The decisions and actions of these companies and their impact on society,economy,and environment are receiving increasing attention.This study explores the inseparable link between the social responsibilities of seed industry companies and the moral integrity of their employees,emphasizing that the ethical quality of employ-ees is the cornerstone for realizing the company's social responsibilities.Morality is not innate but can be cultivated through appropriate training and practice.As such,seed industry companies have the responsibility and opportuni-ty to nurture the moral sense of their employees.To ensure the realization of a company's social responsibilities,seed industry companies should strengthen ethical training,establish a working environment with high moral stan-dards,and encourage employees to raise concerns and provide feedback when faced with ethical dilemmas.
