油梨Dof基因家族鉴定及其在生长发育过程中的表达分析

为了研究Dof基因家族成员在油梨生长过程中的表达规律,探索和脂肪合成相关的Dof基因成员,本研究以不同生长发育阶段'哈斯'油梨果实为试材,利用已发表的油梨基因组数据为参考,探索油梨中Dof基因家族成员.结果表明:(1)在油梨中共鉴定到25个Dof家族成员,但蛋白结构差异较大,等电点在5.22~9.77之间,GRAVY在-0.908~-0.143之间;(2)亚细胞定位结果预测发现多数基因定位在细胞核中,部分基因定位在叶绿体及其他位置;(3)生长发育过程中的PaDof1、PoDof2的表达量随着生长不断增加,这和油梨脂肪变化规律一致.由此可见,PaDof1、PaDof2在油梨中可能参与脂肪的合成.本研究结果可为后续的油梨的品质调控提供理论基础.
Identification of DOF Gene Family in Avocado and Its Expression Analysis during Growth and Development
In order to study the expression rules of Dof gene family members in the growth process of avocado,and explore the DOF gene members related to fat synthesis,this study took the'Hass'avocado fruit at different growth and development stages as the test material,and used the published avocado genome data as a reference to explore the DOF gene family members in avocado,and analyze their expression rules in the growth and develop-ment process of avocado fruit.The results showed that:(1)25 members of the DOF family were identified in avo-cado,but there were significant differences in protein structure,with isoelectric points ranging from 5.22 to 9.77 and Grady ranging from-0.908 to-0.143;(2)Subcellular localization results predicted that most genes were lo-calized in the nucleus,and some genes were localized in chloroplasts and other locations;(3)The expression of PaDof1,PaDof2 during growth and development increased with growth,which was consistent with the change rule of avocado fat.It can be seen that PaDof1,PaDof2 may participate in fat synthesis in avocado.The results of this study can provide a theoretical basis for the follow-up quality control of avocado.
