Analysis of the MYB Transcription Factor Family of Potentilla sericata Based on Transcriptome Data
Sixty-three MYB transcription factors were extracted from the Potentilla sericea transcriptome database by bioinformatics methods, and there was a comprehensive analysis of the sequence characteristics, physical and chemical properties, conserved domains, evolutionary relationships and cell locationat the same time which aim to screen out those genes that responses to Cd stress. The results showed that 63 MYB genes were identified in Potentilla sericea,37 of them belonged to R2R3-MYB,22 of them belonged to 1R-MYB,3 of them belonged to 3R-MYB and 1 of them belonged to 4R-MYB.Furthermore structural domain analysis showed that they have typical W type R2R3 conservative motifs;in the mean time, all those MYB proteins of Potentilla sericea were unstably hydrophilic proteins;subcellular localization prediction showed that MYB proteins of Potentilla sericea were all localized in nucleus. The phylogenetic of MYB proteins of Potentilla sericea were divided into 22 subfamilies according to the classification method of Arabidopsis family. The regulating genes related to heavy metal cadmium belong to the S20 subfamilies. This study showed that MYB genes of Potentilla sericea play an important regulatory role in responses to heavy metal cadmium and providing basic information for further exploration of the function of MYB genes of Potentilla sericea.
