不同玉米单倍体诱导系杂交组合F1诱导率的评价

玉米单倍体诱导系是决定玉米单倍体育种效率的重要因子,为了解决目前玉米单倍体诱导系普遍存在诱导率低、植株矮、抗逆性差、花粉量少等问题.本研究以自选系L583为母本测验种,在对前期自选的8个诱导系诱导率评价鉴定的基础上,分别组配了 25个诱导系的杂交组合,并进行诱导率的评价和比较分析,结果表明:不同组合间诱导率存在极显著差异,其中有21个杂交组合的诱导率与低值亲本相比都有不同程度的提高,11个杂交组合的诱导率表现出正向的超高亲优势.并筛选出5个诱导率9%以上的杂交组合,分别是 ZDHI007×ZDHI008、ZDHI005×ZDHI012、ZDHI008×ZDHI012、ZDHI007×ZDHI012 和 ZDHI005×ZDHI008,并可以用于单倍体规模化隔离诱导.
Evaluation of Induction Rate of F1 from Different Maize Haploid Inducers Cross Combinations
Maize haploid inducer is an important factor to affect the efficiency of maize haploid breeding.In order to solve the problems of low induction rate,dwarf plant,poor stress resistance,and low pollen yield in maize hap-loid induces.In this study,the inbred line L583 was used as the maternal tester.On the basis of the induction rate for 8 inducers,25 inducer hybrids F,were constrcted,to evalute and analyze the induction rate.The results showed that the significant difference existed among the induction rate of different F1 hybrids,the induction rate of 21 hy-brids F,has different degrees of improvement compared with the low-value parent,and the induction rate of 11 hy-brids F,showed a positive super-high parental advantage.The study screened out 5 inducer hybrids with an induc-tion rate of over 9%,which are ZDHI007×ZDHI008,ZDHI005×ZDHI012,ZDHI008×ZDHI012,ZDHI007×ZD-HI012 and ZDHI005×ZDHI008,which can be used for large-scale isolation induction of haploids.
