芳香植物种类多种多样,资源分布广泛,并具有芳香、美化环境、供人观赏、药用等作用,深入研究芳香植物育种的发展现状,对于未来发展方向十分重要.分子育种技术在改良植物品种中的优势是传统育种技术所不可比拟的,将其用于芳香植物的育种研究是提高效率的有效解决策略.本研究结合国内外研究进展,从芳香植物香气物质的合成代谢途径、芳香植物的多个组学研究方面探讨了分子育种在芳香植物育种实践中的应用.总结了芳香植物基因工程育种研究中,香气物质合成通路的相关调控基因.最后对未来研究出更多参与花香调控的基因进行了讨论,为进一步深入研究芳香植物的分子育种提供一定的理论依据.
Advances in Molecular Breeding of Aromatic Plants
Aromatic plants have a variety of species and a wide distribution of resources,and have the functions of aroma,beautifying the environment,ornamental,and medicine.It is very important to study the development status of aromatic plant breeding in depth for the future development direction.The advantages of molecular breeding technology in improving plant varieties are incomparable with traditional breeding technology.It is an ef-fective solution to improve efficiency to use it in the breeding research of aromatic plants.This review was based on the research progress at home and abroad,from the synthetic and metabolic pathway of aromatic substances in aromatic plants;the application of molecular breeding in the practice of aromatic plant breeding was discussed in many aspects of the study of aromatic plants.In this paperThe related regulatory genes of aroma synthesis pathway in the research of genetic engineering breeding of aromatic plants were summarized.At last,more genes involved in the regulation of floral fragrance in the future were discussed,which provided a theoretical basis for further re-search on molecular breeding of aromatic plants.
