Correlation Analysis between Yield and Mineral Nutrition of Flower Bud in Apricot
To explore the relationship between yield and mineral nutrition. The contents of N,P,K,Ca,Mg,Zn and Fe were determined by Kjeldahl N distillation, ion spectrometer and atomic absorption spectrophotometer with 6 hanging apricot flower buds with different yields as test materials, and the relationship between yield and mineral nutrition was analyzed. The correlation coefficient between N content and yield was 0.45,P content and yield was 0.07,K content and yield was 0.62,Ca content and yield was 0.09,Mg content and yield was 0.49.The correlation coefficient between Zn content and yield was 0.29,and the correlation coefficient between Fe content and yield was 0.33.There was a positive correlation between the content of element K and the change of element N,P,Ca,Mg,Zn and Fe,while there was no significant correlation between the content of element Ca and the change of el-ement N,P and K,but there was a positive correlation between the content of element N,P and K.The contents of P,K,Ca,Mg and Fe in the flower buds of hanging apricot were higher when the yield was high, and the contents of N and Zn in 2016 were higher than those in 2015,indicating that the content of N and Zn was lower when the yield was high,so it can be said that the yield can determine the content of mineral nutrients.
