粮饲双审玉米新品种'兆玉215'的选育及特征特性分析

摘要

粮饲通用型玉米品种在保障国家粮食安全和促进畜牧业发展方面具有重要意义.为培育适合热带地区种植的粮饲通用型玉米品种,为粮饲通用型玉米品种在广西种植提供参考,本研究以Q901为母本,以P1107为父本,选育出玉米新品种'兆玉215'.广西普通玉米区域试验表明'兆玉215'两季平均籽粒产量为8 030 kg/hm2,较对照品种'桂单162'增产4.0%;生产试验表明'兆玉215'两季平均籽粒产量为7 740 kg/hm2,较对照品种增产6.4%.广西青贮玉米区域试验表明'兆玉215'两季平均全株生物产量为55 420 kg/hm2,较对照品种增产4.9%;生产试验表明'兆玉215'两季平均全株生物产量为49 587 kg/hm2,较对照品种增产7.4%.'兆玉215'籽粒品质容重为795 g/L,粗蛋白含量8.50%,粗脂肪含量5.1%,粗淀粉含量72.40%,赖氨酸含量0.21%;全株品质粗蛋白含量7.18%,淀粉含量36.8%,中性洗涤纤维含量49.4%,酸性洗涤纤维含量15.3%,干物质含量30.4%.'兆玉215'在青贮收获期高抗大斑病和茎腐病,抗小斑病和穗腐病.'兆玉215'在2020年和2021年分别通过了广西普通玉米品种审定(审定号:桂审玉2020090号)和广西青贮玉米品种审定(审定号:桂审玉2021089号),是广西首批粒用和青贮双审定玉米品种,可作为粮饲通用型玉米品种在广西或其相似生态地区种植.

Abstract

Grain and silage dual-purpose maize are of great significance in ensuring national food security and promoting the development of animal husbandry.In order to breed grain and silage dual-purpose maize varieties suitable for planting in tropical areas and provide reference for planting grain and silage dual-purpose maize vari-eties in Guangxi,one new maize variety'Zhaoyu215'was bred by female parent Q901 and male parent P1 107.The regional test of common maize in Guangxi showed that the average grain yield of'Zhaoyu215'in two seasons was 8 030 kg/hm2,which was 4.0%higher than the control variety of'Guidan162';and the production test showed that the average grain yield of'Zhaoyu15'in two seasons was 7 740 kg/hm2,which was 6.4%higher than the control va-riety.The regional test of silage maize in Guangxi showed that the average whole plant organism yield of'Zhaoyu215'in two seasons was 55 420 kg/hm2,which was 4.9%higher than the control variety;and the produc-tion test showed that the average whole plant organism yield of'Zhaoyu215'in two seasons was 49 587 kg/hm2,which was 7.4%higher than the control variety.The grain quality of'Zhaoyu215'of unit weight,crude protein con-tent,crude fat content,crude starch content and lysine content were 795 g/L,8.50%,5.1%,72.40%and 0.21%,re-spectively;and the whole plant organism quality of the contents of crude protein,starch,neutral detergent fibre,detergent fibre and dry matter were 7.18%,36.8%,49.4%,15.3%and 30.4%,respectively.'Zhaoyu215'has high resistance to large spot disease and stem rot,and resistance to small spot disease and ear rot during harvest.'Zhaoyu215'passed the approval of Guangxi common maize varieties(Approval No.Guishenyu 2020090)and si-lage maize varieties(Approval No.Guishenyu 2021089)in 2020 and 2021 respectively.'Zhaoyu215'was the first batch of grain and silage double approved maize varieties in Guangxi and could be planted in Guangxi or similar e-cological regions as grain and silage dual-purpose variety.
