Fungal Community in Rhizosphere Soil of Root Rot of Lu Dangshen(Codonopsis pilosula)and Its Relationship with Soil Factors
In order to understand the community diversity of fungi in rhizosphere soil and its relationship with en-vironmental factors before and after the root rot of Lu Dangshen(Codonopsis pilosula),in this study,we used high-throughput sequencing technology to analyze the composition of fungal microbiomes in the rhizosphere soil of Lu Dangshen and healthy plants. The results showed that there was a certain correlation between the decrease of the abundance of the rhizosphere fungi community and the occurrence of the root rot of Lu Dangshen, and there were differences between the two groups in the composition of the rhizosphere fungi and the abundance of some domi-nant fungi in the healthy plants of Lu Dangshen at different classification levels.Erysiphe and Paecilomyces only existed in the soil of healthy Lu Dangshen plants, and the abundance of Tetracladium was the highest in the rhizo-sphere soil of Lu Dangshen with root rot.The results of redundancy analysis showed that QD(total nitrogen)and YJZ(organic matter)were positively correlated with the contents of Cladosporium,Fusarium and Erysiphe, while SXJ(available potassium)had no significant effect on the distribution of fungal communities(P=0.082).However,the function of other types of different flora and their interaction with the pathogenic bacteria of root rot of Lu Dang-shen still need to be studied.
