Grain Supply Chain Management and Risk Control for Food Security
With the continuous growth of the global population and economic development, food security has attracted increasing attention. The grain supply chain,as a crucial link in ensuring food security, plays a vital role in national food security through stable and efficient operation. However, the grain supply chain faces various risks such as natural disasters, market fluctuations, and logistical issues. This study aims to delve into the strategies for managing the grain supply chain and controlling risks for food security.By conducting case studies and summari-zing experiences in domestic and international grain supply chain management, combined with risk management theory,a comprehensive and effective risk control model is proposed. This model encompasses risk identification, assessment, response, and monitoring.By establishing a scientific risk assessment system, various risks can be accurately identified, and corresponding risk response strategies can be implemented, thereby ensuring the stability and safety of the grain supply chain.Furthermore, this study emphasizes the crucial role of information technology in grain supply chain management.By introducing advanced information systems and technologies,real-time monitoring and data analysis of the grain supply chain can be achieved, enhancing the timeliness and accuracy of risk responses.
