Leading Role of Multiculturalism and Humanistic Culture in Multinational Talent Management Strategies of Seed Companies
Based on the theoretical frameworks of multiculturalism and human-centric culture,this study delves into the advantages and roles of these two aspects in multinational talent management within the seed industry,and proposes management strategies that integrate multiculturalism and humanistic culture.The study found that multiculturalism and humanistic culture can not only play a separate role in multinational talent management,but also complement each other,helping to improve the work engagement,innovation for multinational talents,and global competitiveness for seed industries.The study emphasizes the importance of key factors such as cultural identity,cross-cultural training,leadership development,employee engagement and feedback in successfully integrating multiculturalism and humanistic culture.This study also provides useful insights for other organizations facing multinational talent management and proposes future research directions to further explore this important topic.
